Warranty Policy

IQUNIX custom mechanical keyboard comes with a one-year hardware(PCB) warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in hardware under normal use.

If there are any defects related to the craftsmanship of the keyboard, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the keyboard for us to address the issue.

Refund Policy

Customized keyboard kits are made to order and prioritized accordingly. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customized orders.

For standard products, you may return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and documentation. The customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs fees.

For in-stock items, contact us within 12 hours if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Wrong or Damaged Products:
We offer two solutions:

Replacement at no extra cost
For returns of wrong shipments:

Item must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
Damaged returns may receive partial or no refund.
If the product arrives damaged, send photos of the damage to help process the claim. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

It sounds like heaven. This sounds really, really good and premium.

It is full aluminum. It feels really nice, heavy, weighted. Both of them do feel really, really premium.

The switches are actually where I'm the most impressed here. These bad boys are Pearlstone switches, they do just sound and feel really, really nice.

Their software on this thing is VIA compatible, it just works really, really nicely and really, really well.

Ultimately, these are good keyboards for someone who just wants a keyboard with a number pad, doesn't want to think about it, and wants it to sound good.

It's a work of art.

It sounds great and the key caps look fantastic.
This thing is a hunk of a keyboard. It's all aluminum with gray and red accents and even a little nice back plate.

It really feels well-made. Just enough that it's comfortable to use for extended typing sessions.

The Fox series is unquestionably a step up in terms of quality, if only for the properly pre-tuned stabilizers and the insanely smooth 200 grit surface finish.

The included carrying case is really quite nice. Carrying this hefty case is the closest I've ever felt to transporting national secrets.
