Thank you for choosing IQUNIX. We are committed to delivering high-quality mechanical keyboards and providing reliable after-sales support.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from IQUNIX.com. Products purchased from authorized resellers are subject to the reseller’s own warranty policy.

Warranty Coverage

Magnetic Switch Keyboards

Magnetic switch keyboard series (including EV series, EC series, etc.) comes with a 3-year hardware (PCB) warranty from the date of purchase.

Other Products

All other IQUNIX products come with a 1-year hardware (PCB) warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers any defects in hardware under normal use.

If there are any defects related to the craftsmanship of the keyboard, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the keyboard for us to address the issue.

During this period, if any issues arise with your keyboard that are covered under the warranty policy, we will repair or replace the defective accessory at no cost to you. However, if the issues are not covered under the warranty policy, any expenses, including the cost of accessories and shipping fees, will be the customer's responsibility.

This warranty is exclusively for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Disclaimer

The following circumstances are not covered under after-sale:

  1. There is a layer of plastic seal outside the keyboard. Please check the overall appearance before unwrapping. If there are obvious flaws or defects, please contact customer service. Once the seal is removed, it is considered that the product has been accepted in appearance condition.
  2. Minor flaws or blemishes on the case, such as tool marks, stains, dents, sand marks, or scratches ≤2mm are considered within production tolerance and are not covered.
  3. Tool marks and rack marks on the inside of the keyboard are not considered defects.
  4. Subjective issues such as typing sound, feel, or appearance preference are not covered.
  5. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
  6. Electrostatic damage or improper handling of PCB during assembly or modification.
  7. Damage caused by modifications or repairs by non-authorized technicians.
  8. Damage caused by use with unauthorized or third-party components or accessories.
  9. Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, and fading.
  10. Product images are for reference only; actual product may vary due to improvements or updates.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at support@iqunix.com with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Product model
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will assess the issue and provide a solution.

Please note: Warranty service is only available for orders placed on IQUNIX.com.

If you have made a purchase from a local authorized vendor, please contact vendor official support.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the keyboard.

We will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the keyboard.

This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by us and supersedes any other warranties, express or implied.
