Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing IQUNIX's custom mechanical keyboard. We take great care in the craftsmanship and quality of our products and want the product could match your expectations as well.

IQUNIX custom mechanical keyboard comes with a one-year hardware warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in hardware or workmanship under normal use. If you experience any issues with your keyboard during that period, and the issues are under the warranty policy terms, we will repair or replace partially defective accessories free of charge. If the issues were out of the warranty policy terms, please note that any shipping costs associated with returning the keyboard to us for repair or replacement will be the responsibility of the customer.
This warranty is made only to the original purchaser, subject to the limitations contained herein, and is not transferable.

ExclusionTerms:
The following circumstances are not covered under warranty:
1. There is a layer of plastic seal outside the keyboard. Please check the overall appearance before unwrapping the plastic seal. If there are obvious flaws or defects, please contact our customer service for after-sale. If the plastic seal was unwrapped, it will be considered that you accept the appearance of the keyboard by default. And the after-sale based on keyboard appearance will no longer be accepted.
2. Tool marks and rack marks on the inside of the keyboard are not considered after-sales problems.
3. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
Do not squeeze or fold the PCBA. Attention should be paid to the potential risk of electrostatic breakdown of PCBA components. It is recommended to wear an anti-static wristband/glove before assembly or seek professionals to assemble it.
Before assembly, please use tweezers and other tools to test whether the PCBA button is triggered normally. Improper assembly may cause failed triggers or damage. The user will be responsible for it.
5. Damage caused by modifications or alterations made to the keyboard by someone other than our authorized technicians.
6. Damage is caused by using the keyboard with unauthorized or third-party components or accessories.
8. Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, and fading.

How to File a Warranty Claim:
To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at support@iqunix.store with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will assess the issue and provide instructions for returning the keyboard to us for repair or replacement.
Limitation of Liability:
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the keyboard. We will not be liable for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use the keyboard.
This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by us and supersedes any other warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This warranty policy may be subject to change without prior notice.
