Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing IQUNIX's custom mechanical keyboard. We take great care in the craftsmanship and quality of our products and want the product could match your expectations as well.
IQUNIX custom mechanical keyboard comes with a one-year hardware(PCB) warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in hardware under normal use.
If there are any defects related to the craftsmanship of the keyboard, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the keyboard for us to address the issue.

During this period, if any issues arise with your keyboard that are covered under the warranty policy, we will repair or replace the defective accessory at no cost to you. However, if the issues are not covered under the warranty policy, please be aware that any expenses, including the cost of accessories and shipping fees, will be the customer's responsibility.
This warranty is exclusively for the original purchaser, subject to the limitations contained herein, and is not transferable.

Disclaimer:
The following circumstances are not covered under after-sale:
1. There is a layer of plastic seal outside the keyboard. Please check the overall appearance before unwrapping the plastic seal. If there are obvious flaws or defects, please contact our customer service for after-sale. If the plastic seal was unwrapped, it will be considered that you accept the appearance of the keyboard by default. And the after-sale based on keyboard appearance will no longer be accepted.
Note: Minor flaws or blemishes on the case, such as tool marks, stains, dents, sand marks, or scratches measuring 2 mm or less, are considered within the acceptable range during production and are not considered after-sales issues.
2. Tool marks and rack marks on the inside of the keyboard are not considered after-sales problems.
3. The subjective issue of keyboard characteristics, such as typing sound and appearance, etc.
4. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance.
5. Do not squeeze or fold the PCBA. Attention should be paid to the potential risk of electrostatic breakdown of PCBA components. It is recommended to wear an anti-static wristband/glove before assembly or seek professionals to assemble it. Before assembly, please use tweezers and other tools to test whether the PCBA button is triggered normally. Improper assembly may cause failed triggers or damage. The user will be responsible for it.
6. Damage caused by modifications or alterations made to the keyboard by someone other than our authorized technicians.
7. Damage is caused by using the keyboard with unauthorized or third-party components or accessories.
8. Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, and fading.
9. All rendered images are for illustrative and display purposes only. The actual product may vary due to product improvements or changes. 

How to File a Warranty Claim:
To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at support@iqunix.store with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will assess the issue and provide the soulution.
If you have made a purchase from a local authorized vendor, please contact vendor official support for assistance in resolving any issues.

Limitation of Liability:
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the keyboard. We will not be liable for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use the keyboard.
This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by us and supersedes any other warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This warranty policy may be subject to change without prior notice.
