About Shipping
When will you ship the item?
Order processing time is the duration needed to prepare an order for shipment, influenced by factors like inventory, order volume, and payment verification, etc.
Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days after your purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Note: Due to the high demand for EZ60/63 and Magi65, our production capacity is working hard to keep up with the order volume. Usually, new inventory is restocked within 2-3 days, but it may take up to 5-7 days.
Which shipping company will the parcel be shipped with?
For most of the US, it will be ship by DHL or YunExpress. For orders in Asia and Europe, it will be ship according to local circumstances.
VAT or import tax included?

*Delivered Duty Paid: We the sender will bear the import duty/tax cost. You do not need to pay any extra fees to receive your parcel.
*Delivered Duty Unpaid: Please be aware that there is a chance you will be charged with import duty tax.
For Korean customers: Please provide your name and shipping address in Korean. Your tax ID (P+12 digits), phone number (010+8 digits) are required and must belong to the same recipient.
For Brazil customers: Please provide the recipient’s tax ID or CPF(format: xxx.xxx.xxx-xx), company’s CNPJ (format: xx.xxx.xxx/xxxx-xx). Otherwise, we’re not allowed to ship out your parcel.
For Indonesia customers: Please provide the recipient’s Indonesia Tax ID (NPWP), or ID Number (NIK-Nomor Induk Kependudukan). Please make sure the document holder name is the same as recipient name on shipping information.
Additional Notice About Shipping
We’re committed to ensuring a smooth delivery experience for you. To help with this, please note the following situations that may affect your order:
Customs Clearance: If your parcel is held at customs for clearance reasons (e.g., tax payment), we will notify you as soon as possible. Please provide the required information promptly to avoid delays. If the necessary information is not provided in time, the parcel may be returned to the shipping company’s origin warehouse. If you choose to have the parcel re-shipped, additional fees may apply (based on the shipping company’s charges). If you decide not to receive the parcel, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In this case, we will issue a refund for the product price (excluding any original shipping fees), after deducting the return shipping cost.
Incorrect Address or Phone Number: If we receive a notification from our shipping company indicating an incorrect delivery address or phone number, we will contact you immediately. Please respond promptly to avoid failed delivery. If the delivery fails due to a lack of response, you may be responsible for additional re-delivery costs.
Returns Without Quality Issues: If you wish to return a product for personal reasons unrelated to quality, you will need to cover the return shipping cost. Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, we will process a refund for the product price via Stripe.

Due to the customs policy of different countries, we CANNOT control the taxes. Our product price does not include VAT or import tax for your country. We will try our best to declare a comparatively lower value for the product.
