Refund policy


This refund policy only applies to orders purchased from IQUNIX.com. If you have made a purchase from a local authorized vendor, please contact their official support for assistance in resolving any issues.

Return&Refund of the product also depends on the WARRANTY of the product. If the return is deemed appropriate by our staff (such as the wrong product received, the unsolvable issue occurred, etc), we'll assist to offer return procedures and addresses. We do not accept a random return without any notice. If you do return the products randomly, we will not offer any refund.

Return or refund requests may be limited or unacceptable in some situations.

1) Order cancellation
For Group Buy items, order cancellations are allowed before the end of the group buy. However, once the group buy ends, orders cannot be canceled unless we cancel the project.
Since GB items are limited in order quantities and production time, we are unable to accept random cancellations.

As for In-stock items, It's better to contact us within 12 hours once you place the order if you want to change or cancel it. Your order could be modified or refunded only before we ship out the item. Once it goes out of our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order.


2) Exchange or Return Without Any Reason
Customized keyboard kits are made to order and prioritized accordingly. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customized orders.

For standard products, you may return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and documentation. The customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs fees.


3) Receive the wrong product To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new & unused condition and in the original packaging as you received it from us. If an item is returned to us in a different and/or damaged condition, a partial or no refund will be given. *For the custom keyboard kit, there is a layer of plastic seal outside the keyboard case. Please keep the plastic seal unwrapped, otherwise, we will define that it has been used.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

4) Incorrect contact information or address, refusing import clearance, or refusing to sign for the parcel.
In this case, the seller shall not be responsible for costs, charges, expenses, and losses incurred by the buyer. All shipment notifications of orders will be informed by email, please check the order and logistic status in time to avoid any error or delayed delivery.

5) Not receiving the product from a shipping courier.
If all information for delivery is correct, we recommend contacting the courier regarding any issues with the shipment. Once a package has been declared "delivered" by the local courier, UPS/FedEx/DHL/USPS or similar, we have no further liability. Stolen or missing orders "after delivery" are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded/reshipped. But our staff will make every effort to support you and give advice, and we can offer the shipping documents or assist you to apply for the claim. If the shipping issue is the fault of the carrier, such as a "declared lost" shipment or “returned to sender”, for example, we will help and send a replacement.

Refunds(if applicable)
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected on your statement can vary depending on the payment method that was used.
