IQUNIX anpassat mekaniskt tangentbord levereras med ett års garanti på hårdvaran (PCB) från inköpsdatumet. Denna garanti täcker eventuella defekter i hårdvaran vid normal användning.
Om det finns några defekter relaterade till tangentbordets hantverk, vänligen kontakta oss inom 15 dagar efter att du mottagit tangentbordet så att vi kan åtgärda problemet.

Order Cancel Policy
As for Pre-Order items, order cancellations are accepted before the items are shipped out. Otherwise, we do not accept cancellations and refunds once the order has shipped.
Warranty Policy
IQUNIX custom mechanical keyboard comes with a one-year hardware(PCB) warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in hardware under normal use.
