Als uw artikel op voorraad is, wordt het binnen 72 uur na orderbevestiging verzonden. Track-en trace-nummers worden uiterlijk een dag na verzending op werkdagen verstrekt.
Als uw artikel niet op voorraad is of in pre-order, kunt u de geschatte verzend- en/of leverdata vinden op de productpagina, in het winkelmandje en bij het afrekenen.
Alle levertijden zijn schattingen; de daadwerkelijke levertijd hangt af van de artikelgegevens, vervoerder, bestemming en de gekozen verzendmethode.

Het IQUNIX custom mechanische toetsenbord wordt geleverd met een éénjarige hardware(PCB) garantie vanaf de aankoopdatum. Deze garantie dekt eventuele hardwarefouten bij normaal gebruik.
Als er defecten zijn die te maken hebben met de vakmanschap van het toetsenbord, neem dan binnen 15 dagen na ontvangst van het toetsenbord contact met ons op zodat wij het probleem kunnen oplossen.

Voor Group Buy-artikelen zijn annuleringen toegestaan vóór het einde van de groepsaankoop. Zodra de groepsaankoop echter is beëindigd, kunnen bestellingen niet worden geannuleerd, tenzij wij het project annuleren.
Aangezien GB-artikelen beperkt zijn in bestelhoeveelheden en productietijd, kunnen wij geen willekeurige annuleringen accepteren.
Retourneren en terugbetaling van het product zijn ook afhankelijk van de GARANTIE van het product. Als de retourzending door ons personeel als passend wordt beoordeeld (zoals het ontvangen van het verkeerde product, een onoplosbaar probleem, enz.), helpen wij met de retourprocedure en adressen. Wij accepteren geen willekeurige retourzendingen zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving. Als u producten willekeurig retourneert, bieden wij geen terugbetaling aan.
