Si su artículo está en stock, se enviará dentro de las 72 horas posteriores a la confirmación del pedido, y los números de seguimiento se proporcionarán a más tardar un día después del envío en días hábiles.

El teclado mecánico personalizado IQUNIX cuenta con una garantía de hardware (PCB) de un año desde la fecha de compra. Esta garantía cubre cualquier defecto en el hardware bajo uso normal.
Si hay algún defecto relacionado con la artesanía del teclado, por favor contáctenos dentro de los 15 días posteriores a la recepción del teclado para que podamos resolver el problema.

Para los artículos de compra grupal, se permiten cancelaciones de pedidos antes de que finalice la compra grupal. Sin embargo, una vez que la compra grupal termina, no se pueden cancelar los pedidos a menos que cancelemos el proyecto.
Dado que los artículos de compra grupal tienen cantidades limitadas y tiempo de producción, no podemos aceptar cancelaciones aleatorias.
La devolución y el reembolso del producto también dependen de la GARANTÍA del producto.
