IQUNIX specialbyggede mekaniske tastatur leveres med et års hardware(PCB) garanti fra købsdatoen. Denne garanti dækker eventuelle fejl i hardwaren ved normal brug.
Hvis der er fejl relateret til tastaturets håndværk, bedes du kontakte os inden for 15 dage efter modtagelsen af tastaturet, så vi kan løse problemet.

For Group Buy-varer er det tilladt at annullere ordrer før gruppens køb slutter. Når gruppens køb er afsluttet, kan ordrer dog ikke annulleres, medmindre vi annullerer projektet.
Da GB-varer har begrænsede bestillingsmængder og produktionstid, kan vi ikke acceptere tilfældige aflysninger.
Returnering og refusion af produktet afhænger også af GARANTIEN for produktet.
