Le clavier mécanique personnalisé IQUNIX est assorti d'une garantie d'un an sur le matériel (PCB) à compter de la date d'achat. Cette garantie couvre tout défaut matériel dans des conditions normales d'utilisation.
S'il y a des défauts liés à la fabrication du clavier, veuillez nous contacter dans les 15 jours suivant la réception du clavier afin que nous puissions résoudre le problème.

Les kits de clavier personnalisés sont fabriqués sur commande et traités en priorité. Par conséquent, nous n'acceptons pas les retours ou les échanges pour les commandes personnalisées.
Pour les produits standard, vous pouvez retourner ou échanger des articles dans les 7 jours suivant la livraison. Pour être éligibles, les articles doivent être dans leur état d'origine, avec tous les emballages et la documentation. Le client est responsable des frais de retour et de tous les frais de douane.
Pour les articles en stock, contactez-nous dans les 12 heures si vous devez modifier ou annuler votre commande. Une fois expédiée, nous ne pouvons plus l'annuler.

What’s also exclusive to these keyboards are their magnetic X Ultra switches which are developed in-house for these boards to give better precision and performance.
These magnetic X Ultra switches are crazy smooth, feel really great to type on and are made pretty much with esports in mind.
