Customized keyboard kits are made to order and prioritized accordingly. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customized orders.
For standard products, you may return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and documentation. The customer is responsible for return shipping and any customs fees.
For in-stock items, contact us within 12 hours if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once shipped, we cannot cancel it.

For returns of wrong shipments:
Item must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
Damaged returns may receive partial or no refund.
If the product arrives damaged, send photos of the damage to help process the claim. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
