Shipping Origin

Most orders are shipped from our China warehouse.

For U.S. customers, certain products may be fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse when inventory is available, which may help shorten delivery times.

The final shipping origin depends on product availability, inventory allocation, and logistics arrangements at the time of shipment.

Order Processing Time

In-Stock Products

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Pre-Order Products

The estimated shipping date for pre-order products will be displayed on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, available items may be shipped separately. Shipping arrangements may vary depending on product availability and logistics requirements.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

Under normal circumstances, customers are not expected to pay additional import duty charges upon delivery.

Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)

Import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other local taxes may be charged by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that customs policies and import requirements vary by country and region. Any duties, taxes, or fees assessed by local customs authorities remain subject to local regulations.

Customs Information Requirements

South Korea

Please provide:

  • Korean recipient name
  • Korean address
  • Personal Customs Clearance Code (P + 12 digits)
  • Recipient phone number

All information must belong to the same recipient.

Indonesia

Please provide:

  • NPWP (Tax ID), or
  • NIK (National Identification Number)

The document holder's name must match the recipient's name.

Brazil

Please provide:

  • CPF (Individual Tax ID), or
  • CNPJ (Company Registration Number)

Orders cannot be shipped without the required customs information.

Failed Delivery & Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect address or phone number
  • Missing customs information
  • Failure to complete customs clearance
  • Failure to pay required duties or taxes

the package may be returned by the carrier.

Any return shipping fees, customs charges, or related carrier fees may be deducted from an eligible refund.

DHL Remote Area Surcharge

Certain locations are classified by DHL as remote areas.

If an additional DHL remote area surcharge applies, we will contact you before shipment for confirmation.

Customers may choose to:

  • Pay the additional surcharge, or
  • Provide an alternative shipping address if available.

High-Risk Order Verification

In some cases, orders may be flagged as high-risk by our payment or fraud prevention system.

To protect both customers and our business, we may contact you before shipment to verify the order.

In such cases, we may request identity verification to confirm that the order was placed by the legitimate cardholder, such as:

  • Government-issued ID (passport, national ID card, or driver’s license)
  • Proof of payment method (e.g. payment confirmation or masked bank card information with sensitive details hidden)

Please note:

  • The information provided must match the order details
  • All information is used strictly for verification purposes and will not be used for any other activities
  • Orders will only be shipped after successful verification

If verification is not completed, the order may be cancelled and refunded.
