We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, our support team will do our best to help. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed directly through IQUNIX.com.

This policy applies only to purchases made through IQUNIX.com. If you purchased from an authorized reseller, please contact the reseller directly for assistance.

Order Cancellation

In-Stock Products

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before shipment, whichever comes first.

If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@iqunix.com.

Cancellation requests are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days.

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds usually appear within 3–7 business days.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Group Buy & Pre-Order Products

Group Buy and certain pre-order products are produced based on confirmed order quantities.

Orders may be canceled before the Group Buy period ends. Once the Group Buy has closed, orders cannot be canceled unless the project is canceled by IQUNIX.

Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Window

Eligible return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be purchased directly from IQUNIX.com.
  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be returned in its original, unused condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Products returned in a used, damaged, incomplete, or non-resalable condition may be subject to a partial refund or may not be eligible for a refund.

Customized products and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligible Situations

Returns or exchanges may be accepted when:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product arrived damaged during shipping.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is missing parts or accessories.
  • Other issues confirmed by our support team.

To help us review your request, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Support

Please contact our support team at support@iqunix.com before returning any product.

Return or exchange requests are typically reviewed within 2 business days.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

If your request is approved, we will provide:

  • Return authorization
  • Return instructions
  • Return address

Please do not send products back without prior approval.

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Step 3: Return the Product

Please ship the approved return within 14 days of receiving return instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and sharing the tracking number with our support team.

Step 4: Replacement Shipment (Exchange Orders)

For approved exchanges, once the returned package has been shipped and the customer provides the return tracking number and proof of shipment, we will arrange the replacement as soon as possible.

Tracking information for the replacement shipment will be provided once the replacement order has been dispatched.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product received
  • Photos of the product packaging and shipping label

Once verified, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

IQUNIX Covers Return Shipping Costs When

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The product arrived damaged during transit.
  • The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
  • The issue was caused by an error on our side.

In these situations, IQUNIX may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs after review and approval.

Customers Are Responsible for Return Shipping Costs When

  • The item is no longer wanted.
  • The wrong item was ordered.
  • The customer changes their mind.
  • The return is unrelated to product quality or functionality.

Any customs duties, taxes, or carrier fees incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Full Refunds

Full refunds may be issued when:

  • An order is canceled before shipment
  • A return is approved and the returned product passes inspection
  • The wrong item was received
  • A product has a confirmed manufacturing defect that cannot be resolved

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered in situations such as:

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections accepted by the customer
  • Missing accessories or components where replacement is not required
  • Products returned with missing packaging, accessories, or documentation
  • Other situations mutually agreed upon by IQUNIX and the customer

Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after receiving confirmation from us, please contact our support team for assistance.

Incorrect Address & Customs Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and completing any required customs procedures.

Refunds may not be available for orders affected by:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Failure to provide required customs information
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Failure to complete customs clearance procedures
  • Failure to pay applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees

If a shipment is returned under these circumstances, return shipping fees, customs charges, and carrier fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Lost, Refused, or Undeliverable Shipments

If tracking shows that a shipment has not been delivered, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

If a shipment is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

If tracking information shows the package as successfully delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, or the local carrier.

While we cannot guarantee compensation for packages reported missing after delivery, we will do our best to assist by providing shipping documentation and carrier claim support.

Return Address

Return addresses vary depending on the product, destination, and service requirements.

Please contact our support team before returning any item. We will provide the correct return address after your request has been approved.
